How do I measure for a boxed cushion cover?

Remove the existing cushion from its cover. Measure the width, depth and thickness at the widest points using a tape measure. If your cover has lost shape, measure the cover itself and subtract 1–2cm from each dimension for a snug, structured fit.

What is the minimum order for boxed cushion covers?

Our minimum order value is £100. If your cushion total comes in under £100, the price will be adjusted to meet this minimum. Once you've reached £100, additional items can be priced at their normal rate.

Can I order just the cover without foam filling?

Absolutely. You can order a cover-only boxed cushion — perfect if you already have foam inserts. Simply skip the foam filling step and add piping trim if you'd like a professional edge finish.

What thickness can I order?

We accept cushion orders with a minimum thickness of 5cm. This ensures structural integrity and a proper boxed construction. There's no maximum thickness — we can make cushions as deep as you need.

What fabrics are available for cushion covers?

We offer over 500 premium upholstery fabrics including chenilles, velvets, faux leathers, and outdoor-rated materials. Each fabric comes with full technical specifications including composition, rub test rating and fire retardancy certification.

Can I get a free fabric sample before ordering?
